WHAT CAT PARENTS ARE SAYING
50% of Cat Owners Deal With Litter Box Problems, It's the #1 Reason Cats Lose Their Homes
Studies show urinary house soiling affects up to half of cat-owning households, and it's the most common behavioral reason cats are surrendered to shelters. Not aggression. Not scratching. Peeing.
Owners hit a breaking point after months of ruined furniture, permanent stains, and a home that smells no matter how hard they clean. But the peeing is almost always stress-driven — and stress-driven behaviors respond to the right approach, if you act before the pattern becomes permanent.
You've Done Everything Right.. and Your Cat Is Still Peeing Everywhere.
Extra Litter Boxes
Although this can help in households with multiple cats, simply placing more boxes won't address marking caused by anxiety or stress.
It's common for owners to invest in additional litter boxes, only to discover their cat continues urinating outside of them.
Pheromone Diffusers
Most rely on a single pheromone, but cats experience different types of stress — so results are hit or miss.
And a diffuser stays in one spot, but your cat doesn't.
Enzyme Cleaners
Great for eliminating the smell, but they do nothing to address the root cause of the behavior.
A spotless home won't stop a stressed or territorial cat from spraying again.
Using different Type of Litter
It's easy to blame the litter — but in most cases, inappropriate peeing is driven by stress or anxiety, not texture preferences.
You can try every brand on the shelf and still see no change.
Don't Blame Your Cat. Help Them
Your cat isn't peeing on your couch to spite you. Stress changes their brain chemistry — and once the pattern starts, no amount of cleaning or extra litter boxes will break it.
GentlePaws targets the anxiety behind the peeing, so you can stop scrubbing and start solving.

The Only Breakaway Pheromone Collar for Safer, Calmer Cats
The breakaway safety feature is designed to protect your cat in case the collar gets caught on furniture, branches, or other objects.
Before use, simply cut the small notched sections on the collar to activate the breakaway function.
Once activated, these sections create a controlled weak point in the collar. If your cat ever gets snagged, the collar will instantly release under pressure, helping prevent choking or injury.
This feature allows your cat to enjoy the calming benefits of pheromones without compromising safety.
⚠️ Beware of Cheap Imitations with Lavender & Chamomile
Most pheromone collars out there — over 95% of them — use lavender and chamomile.
Sure, those might sound relaxing, but for cats, they can actually do more harm than good. Some end up with skin irritation, allergies, or even toxicity when those oils get absorbed through their skin.
That’s why GentlePaws® Calming Collars are made differently.
No lavender, no chamomile — just natural, cat-safe ingredients that are completely safe and vet-approved.
Your cat stays calm and comfortable, without any of the risks.

GentlePaws Cat Calming Collar (2-Pack)
Instructions
Adjust the collar to fit around your cat’s neck, leaving about 1/4″ (0.6 cm) of space. Trim any excess length, but keep 1–2″ (2.5–5 cm) for adjustment. For growing kittens, check the fit regularly to ensure it’s not too tight. For all cats, inspect the collar daily for a safe and proper fit. Wash your hands with soap and water after handling the collar.
If your cat has never worn a collar before:
- Place the collar loosely around their neck and supervise them for 10 minutes.
- If tolerated, adjust the collar so you can fit two fingers (about 1″ / 2–3 cm) between the collar and neck.
- Continue supervision for 30 minutes.
- If your cat remains comfortable, the collar can then be worn without supervision.
