67% of Stressed Cats Get No Help
Multi-pet homes and rescues are the biggest triggers, leading to fights, scratching, and litter box accidents. Once stress takes hold, it’s hard to undo.
If your cat is peeing outside the litter box, scratching furniture, or getting into territorial fights, it’s mostly experiencing severe stress.
This issue needs to be addressed before it worsens over time.
You’ve Probably Tried These Solutions… But They Don’t Work
Adding More Litter Boxes
While useful for multi-cat homes, extra litter boxes won’t fix stress-driven marking.
Many owners add boxes only to find their cat still peeing elsewhere.
Pheromone Diffusers
Most brands use only one pheromone, but cats need different types for different stresses.
Some calm down, while others get more anxious or mark even more
Enzyme Cleaners
These remove urine odor but don’t stop stress-based marking.
Even in a fully cleaned home, cats continue spraying due to anxiety or territorial triggers.
Changing the Type of Litter
Many assume cats dislike their litter, but most peeing issues are behavioral, not texture-related.
Owners try pine, walnut, or cat-attract litter, only to see no improvement.
Don't Rehome Your Cat
Your cat isn’t misbehaving—they’re struggling with stress.
They need you to address the real issue: their anxiety.

⚠️ Beware of Cheap Imitations with Lavender & Chamomile
Most pheromone collars out there — over 95% of them — use lavender and chamomile.
Sure, those might sound relaxing, but for cats, they can actually do more harm than good. Some end up with skin irritation, allergies, or even toxicity when those oils get absorbed through their skin.
That’s why GentlePaws® Calming Collars are made differently.
No lavender, no chamomile — just natural, cat-safe ingredients that are completely safe and vet-approved.
Your cat stays calm and comfortable, without any of the risks.

GentlePaws® Cat Calming Collar (2-Pack)
Instructions
Adjust the collar to fit around your cat’s neck, leaving about 1/4″ (0.6 cm) of space. Trim any excess length, but keep 1–2″ (2.5–5 cm) for adjustment. For growing kittens, check the fit regularly to ensure it’s not too tight. For all cats, inspect the collar daily for a safe and proper fit. Wash your hands with soap and water after handling the collar.
If your cat has never worn a collar before:
- Place the collar loosely around their neck and supervise them for 10 minutes.
- If tolerated, adjust the collar so you can fit two fingers (about 1″ / 2–3 cm) between the collar and neck.
- Continue supervision for 30 minutes.
- If your cat remains comfortable, the collar can then be worn without supervision.
